Politique de remboursement

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be approved before being returned.

To request a return, please email dualgonoire@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on gift cards or items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
